We know more than enough to assert that it’s time for the public to learn what those of us in the sustainable world have understood for a long time—CAFOs are public health hazards of the highest order.

i dislike some of his language (painting this idea that the public was unaware of CAFO nightmares because of lack of transparency from farms rather than simply willful ignorance - sorry, but all of this information was available already to the general public, from Grist to the NYTimes to last season’s This American Life tv show….) but i still agree with the general mood of this.
